Anyone between the ages of 8 and 18 years is invited to create an original short comic based on one of our Space Scoop stories from www.spacescoop.org. Participants simply select their favourite Space Scoop,download our comic template and let their creativity flow! We welcome artwork created using traditional media, such as watercolour, pencils, mosaic and chalk, or digital software e.g. Paint, GIMP or Adobe Illustrator. The overall winner will receive their very own KANO computer, while runners up have the chance to take home prizes including Galileoscopes and cosmic goodie bags. In addition, the winning artwork will be displayed on the international Universe Awareness website and Space Awareness website. Space Scoop is a Universe Awareness & Space Awareness initiative.
